Whether you need immigration clearance or citizenship, pick the service you need. Pay attention to your passport type—select ECNR (Emigration Check Not Required) instead of ECR for your passport type and to avoid extra formalities!
Step 3: For biometric verification, you’ll have two options:
Option A: If you’re flying through Delhi Airport, select the ICP (Immigration Check Post) for a quick and smooth process.
Option B: Not flying through Delhi? Choose the nearest FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office). Offices are in cities like Mumbai, Chennai, and Bengaluru, etc.
Step 4: Scan your documents clearly and ensure they meet the requirements listed on the site. Blurry uploads could delay your application!
