Welcome to the Labour Law Advisor, in this post, we’ll be explaining how to receive your EPF payment receipt. You have probably experienced the frustration and confusion when you pay online but don’t receive any confirmation slip. Hopefully, after reading this post, you will never face the same difficulty again!

Steps to get EPF Payment Receipt
- Go to this link, and log into your profile.
- On the dashboard, you will see an option that says ‘Payments’, click on that.
- A drop-down menu will appear, click on ‘PAYMENT (ECR)’.
- You will then see a list of all the due or pending payments and upon scrolling down you will see a list of all your confirmed payments.
- On the leftmost side of the list, you will see your TRRN number for each transaction. Write down the TRRN number of the transaction that you want the receipt of.
Note: You have to write this TRRN number down as copy paste will not work.
- Now in a new tab open google and search for ‘PF confirmation slip’ and the first link you see will be ‘EPFO: TRRN DETAILS’, and click on that link. Or you can click here for the website.
- On this website, you’ll have to enter your TRRN number, a captcha and click on search.
- You will now see all the details of that transaction including the date and the status.
- On the right-hand side, you will see an option that says ‘Download PDF’. Once downloaded, you can also print it out.
Note: It is extremely important that you keep all your receipts, so during a check, you can show proof of your payments to avoid penalty.
