As a salaried employee at a firm, there are times when you need to contact your regional EPF office. This might be for reasons such as getting your KYC verified or to submit your EPF withdrawal form, etc. Hence, this blog is here to help you locate your nearest Regional EPF office as well as find the contact details of your PF Commissioner.
The EPFO (Employees’ Provident Fund Organization) is primarily divided into 10 zones while an Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner heads each Zone. At the next level, each state has either one or more Regional Office. A Regional Provident Fund Commissioner (RPFC) (Grade 1) heads each Regional Office. The Regional Offices are further divided into Sub-Regional Offices. Each Sub-Regional Office is headed by a Regional Provident Fund Commissioners (Grade II). There are also Assistant Provident Fund Commissioners to assist the implementation of all acts and schemes of the EPFO. There are also several District/Divisional Offices wherein an Assistant PF Commissioner implements schemes and attends to complaints.

Steps To Search Nearest EPF Office:
- Log-in to the EPFO website.
- Scroll to the bottom of the webpage and continue to click on Contact Us.
- This will showcase a list of all the EPF offices. The first step is to search for your Zonal Office, which will correspond to your State.
- After you click on the Zonal Office of your state, it will reveal a list of all Regional and Divisional Office names of your Zone.
- Now click on the particular Regional or Divisional office, corresponding to your area, for details.
- You will be able to view Address, Contact Number, Email ID and Name of PF Commissioner of that office.
Steps to decode the Email ID of the PF Commissioner
- Replace each [dot] with a full stop.
- Replace each [at] with @
For example, pc[dot]gupta[at]epfindia[dot]gov[got]in will become pc.gupta@epfindia.gov.in
